Return and Refund Policy

At Brava Haus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at help@bravahaus.shop and include your order number. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Fees

if the return is due to a wrong item ordered, size/fit issues, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. In this cases, the return label must also be arranged and paid for by the customer. 

However, If your product is damaged during shipping, you will not be responsible for the return shipping costs and return label.

Inspection and Damages:

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. To request an exchange, please contact us at help@bravahaus.shop with your order number, and we will provide further instructions.

Refunds

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days of approval.

Return Conditions

Change of Mind

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective jacket, contact us immediately.
  • We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a replacement or full refund.

Damaged Products

  • If a product arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.
  • Once approved, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Item Received

  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.
  • We will cover return shipping and send you the correct item.

Lost Products

  • If your item does not arrive, contact us to start an investigation with the carrier.
  • If the item is confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement.

Cancellation of Order

Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before it ships and receive a full refund.

After Shipping: If your order has already shipped, please follow the return process once you receive the item.
