If more than 24 hours have passed since placing your order, please reach out to our team at help@bravahaus.shop. We will be happy to help you adjust or modify your order where possible.
Cancellation Conditions

Cancellation Before Shipment: You can cancel or modify your order only before it has been shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, the standard Return and Refund Policy will apply.
Cancellation After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may request a return or exchange according to our return policy, and we will guide you through the process efficiently.
Confirmation of Cancellation
If your order is successfully canceled, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your cancellation has been processed. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us at help@bravahaus.shop with your order number, and we will promptly resolve the issue.
